Other outstanding features of ImageMaster® line include the integrated optical alignment tool for quick alignment, reduced 4 buttons keyboard (START, STOP, MEASURE, CUSTOM) for PC independent operation, factory adjusted exchange reticles with kinematic mount, fast, tool free adjusting facilities.

The masterpiece of ImageMaster® PRO is the ultra-stable, production proof software providing three security levels, automatic Pass/Fail, automatic correction for sample distortion, individual setting of spatial frequencies for each camera, set up files, storage of lens and batch data, data analysis using Excel, intuitive graphical display of the sample properties, image plane tilt, etc. The latest addition to the Production Line is the ImageMaster® PRO Wafer, a sophisticated MTF production tester for wafer level lenses. PDAs, has posed a new challenge to the quality control and characterisation of imaging optics. The basic requirements for high volume MTF testing including ultra-fast measurement time, multiple field measurement points, fast and accurate autofocus and extremely stable software have already been fulfilled successfully by the first generation of ImageMaster® PRO Series instruments.

TRIOPTICS has been involved in the first R&D projects related to visual applications in the field of mobile communications. We are proud that the very first mobile phone lenses ever manufactured, have been measured and qualified using the ImageMaster® PRO series originally developed by TRIOPTICS. In the following years the ImageMaster® PRO series became the uncontested international standard for MTF testing of mobile phone lenses. The latest MTF production tester, ImageMaster® PRO 5 is incorporating high quality components as ultra-precision stages, stable electronics and frame grabbers, high resolution CCD-camera, all controlled by dedicated software designed for production line environment. The long life components and the error proof design allow maintenance free operation 24 hours a day. ImageMaster® PRO 5 provides fast and reliable measurement results (in less than 2 sec.) directly traceable to international standards. This is the only MTF production tester using master lenses certified by international standard organisations for accurate calibration and direct traceability.
