WaveSensor®
WaveSensor® is the new Shack-Hartmann sensor developed by TRIOPTICS providing real time wavefront measurement and analysis of spherical and aspherical optics. The reliability of the sensor has been well-proven in various WaveMaster® instruments which provide complete measurement systems in production as well as laboratory environments. WaveSensor® features high spatial resolution, accuracy and dynamic range. With its compact and reliable design WaveSensor® can be easily integrated into the customer’s applications. The WaveSensor® communicates with the WaveMaster® software Via CameraLink or Firewire B which is also used with the well known WaveMaster® instruments. It provides various ways of analyzing and displaying the wavefront data including amongst others real time Zernike analysis, MTF- and PSF calculation. Extended data saving allows the flexible utilization of measurement and analysis results. In addition theoretical data can be loaded and compared in real time during measurements.
