Ian Johnstone
Ian Johnstone joined Armstrong Optical in 2000, following Ian Routledge from Precision Optical Engineering (now Precision Solutions, part of the Matra BAe Dynamics consortium). During his time at POE Ian was responsible for the sales of the diamond turning business unit.
Prior to POE, Ian worked in the Pharmaceutical and laboratory instrument markets, and has a background in Chemistry and Physics.
The Thermal Imaging and Thermography Camera business area is Ians major responsibility, utilising his experience gained at British Aerospace. Alongside this Ian takes care of the general marketing of Armstrong Optical and website strategy.
